Online Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at ShopGeezLouise.com, the online everything boutique! We hope you have found just what you are looking for. Just in case it doesn’t fit just right or wasn’t exactly what you were looking for, we have listed our exchange and return policies below. - We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your package ships from us.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with tags intact and must be accompanied by the receipt and return form.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe or the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Cosmetics, Gift Cards, Intimates, Bodysuits, Tights, Socks, and Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are a FINAL SALE.
- Jewelry, Sunglasses, and ID Cases are returnable in new condition but not exchangeable.
- Kindly note the reason for your return on the return form provided. This will help us take better care of your needs in the future.
- Full price items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in stores with respect to the above guidelines. If returned with receipt, they will be refunded at the purchased price. If there is no receipt or packing slip, a store credit for the item’s current selling price will be issued.
- We do not offer price adjustments to reflect any past sales or promotions. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
For Refund or Exchange of Online Purchases:
Your package will include an order invoice which has a return form on the bottom. Complete the “Return Form” by listing the returning item number, description, reason for return and the quantity.
Check box to indicate exchange or refund. If item is being exchanged, list item number and quantity of the item desired in the “Exchange Item #” column.
Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible), include the complete “Return Form”, and send to:
